THE OLD VILLAGE –‘PRESTIGE’

113 Old Village ‘Prestige’ opened in March 2007
and is set within a small, private, self secure complex and amidst
the romantic and tranquil Old Village.

The ‘Prestige’ development offers a classy alternative to the adjoining
Old Village allowing you to enjoy a holiday amongst both modern
and old facades.

The apartment is situated on the first floor, it's expansive balcony directly
overlooks the swimming pool. Comfortably furnished, ideal for eating and drinking 'alfresco'

The spacious, airy lounge area provides ample space for both relaxing and eating. Two sumptuous leather sofas, a dining table with four leather chairs are complimented by two deep pile rugs.

Sound and vision is delivered via Sony TV (inc Sky), VCR, DVD, Hi-Fi equipment, complete with a major collection of DVD’s and CD’s . To fulfill your absolute comfort, air conditioning provides you with the opportunity to enjoy a temperature to suit the occasion.

The apartment has two bedrooms.
The ‘Red Room’ has a balcony and patio doors which allows the morning sunshine to stream gloriously into the room. After choosing your attire from the built-in wardrobe, a full size mirror makes certain you are looking your best. Two single beds with quality mattresses should ensure that you enjoy a good night’s sleep. A useful bedside table (inc hairdryer) and lamp completes the furnishings. equipped with air conditioning

The ‘Blue Room’ is poolside, a secure door opens up directly onto the main patio. Furnishings are the same as the ‘Red Room’ with the added benefit of a built in safe

The fully tiled bathroom comprises both bath and shower, bidet, toilet,
and wash basin with vanity cupboard. A substantial, well lit mirror provides
an opportunity for that final check.

The kitchen is fully tiled with plentiful working area. Equipped without exception including an electric oven with four rings, micro-wave, dishwasher, washing machine and full size fridge freezer plus an electric kettle and toaster. There’s a matching dinner and tea service complete with cutlery for 6 people. Fitted cupboards provide ample storage for all your provisions. The ironing board with iron is also housed in the kitchen. Tea towels and a table cloth are also provided. A total solution to your culinary needs !
